The proposed site is located at the northeast intersection of Church Road and John Rolfe
Parkway in Henrico, Virginia. The site is approximately 1.36 acres per Henrico County
records.
The purposed building will be 2 stories and predominantly constructed of brick at the first floor and stained wood, metal panels and glass at the second floor and roof.
The entire first floor will be lease space for general office use. The entire second floor will be a Family Dentistry Practice.
